Ti vorremmo fare tante domande sul tema, ma ti chiediamo invece di farci vivere per un momento l’esperienza che si ha nella tua Bottega. Ci racconti com’è l’esperienza degustativa nella Bottega botlé?
Immaginati di entrare in un ambiente fresco e pieno di quadri colorati posti su una grande parete color rosso Bologna. Di fronte una grande esposizione di bottiglie di vino con nel centro 20 bottiglie in degustazione, dal Pignoletto al Barolo, passando per il meglio della produzione nazionale.
L’ospite, con il calice da degustazione al collo, si muove liberamente tra le bottiglie in degustazione in modalità self service grazie all’esclusiva Tecnologia Rewine. Dopo aver scelto il vino, si sposta al banco food dove potrà assaggiare le delizie della Food Valley emiliano-romagnola, consigliato dai nostri esperti.
Mentre sta abbinando il cibo al vino, alla sua sinistra, potrà guardare in diretta le sfogline preparare la pasta fresca (nel nostro laboratorio a vista) mentre alle spalle avrà a disposizione una ricca dispensa di prodotti tipici, dal classico ragù, al friggione artigianale, dall’aceto DOP al parmigiano 40 mesi oltre che un’accurata selezione della salsamenteria bolognese.
Spostandosi nel negozio potrà accedere alle postazioni Rewine (presenti in tutto la Bottega) dove con l’utilizzo di tablet dedicati potrà avere tutte le informazioni sui prodotti in degustazione e in vendita oltre che mettere alla prova le proprie abilità da sommelier giocando al divertente “Gioco del Sommelier”, dove le domande e le risposte fornite sveleranno i segreti del vino e l’abilità del giocatore.
Bottega botlé è un vero negozio contemporaneo dove l’ospite è prima di tutto un degustatore di cibo e di esperienza e poi, eventualmente, un compratore consapevole e divertito! Bottega botlé un posto dove assaggiare, comprare, conoscere e divertirsi.

A new way of seeing the food and wine shop according to Gaetano Lanza’s vision.
We would like to ask you many questions on the subject, but instead we ask you to let us experience for a moment the experience that one has in your Shop. Can you tell us what the tasting experience is like in Bottega botlé?
Imagine entering a fresh environment full of colorful paintings placed on a large Bologna red wall. In front there is a large display of wine bottles with 20 bottles for tasting in the centre, from Pignoletto to Barolo, passing through the best of national production.
The guest, with the tasting glass around his neck, moves freely among the bottles being tasted in self-service mode thanks to the exclusive Rewine Technology. After choosing the wine, you move to the food counter where you can taste the delights of the Emilia-Romagna Food Valley, recommended by our experts.
While he is pairing the food with the wine, on his left, he will be able to watch the sfogline prepare the fresh pasta live (in our open laboratory) while behind him he will have a rich pantry of typical products at his disposal, from the classic ragù to the artisanal friggione, from DOP vinegar to parmesan cheese aged 40 months as well as a careful selection of Bolognese sauces
By moving around the shop you will be able to access the Rewine stations (present throughout the shop) where, using dedicated tablets, you will be able to have all the information on the products being tasted and on sale as well as putting your sommelier skills to the test by playing the fun “Game of the Sommelier”, where the questions and answers provided will reveal the secrets of wine and the player’s skill.
